How Do I Make an Order?

 Find your favorite shirts on any product page, add them to cart and checkout. That's it, it's easy!


Where is My Confirmation Email?

ANI & DAN automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Check your Paypal transaction history
  3. Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history


Where is My Receipt?

Your ANI & DAN invoice sent to you via email, will serve as your receipt when you make an order.


What Type of Payment Do You Accept?

On Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card 


How Many Orders Can I Make?

As long as there is an active campaign for a tee shirt, you may place an order – as many as you like. Once the campaign is up, you will no longer be able to do so.


What Happens After I Place My Order?

You will get an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours. We will make sure that the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer within 24 hours. Once the tracing number is available, we will send you another email, so that you can track the shipment.


Where do you provide shipping to? 

We provide shipping to all of USA, Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand.


How long does it take to receive my products?

Please note that we put our best effort to source products within the US and as close to our customers as possible. However many of our products are not manufactured in the US and in those cases, our employees and country managers makes sure that the product is whipped quickly and meets our quality standards. We process and ship most of our orders within 24 hours. More than 85% of the orders arrive within 2 weeks since your purchase. Due to high demand, our carrier may take longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver our items to you. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays etc.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! once you spend $50 or more at our store, you qualify for Free Shipping.


What are My Delivery Options?

North America:  We offer USPS Standard Delivery. This is shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. Price may vary for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. 


How Do I Track My Order?

For orders within North America, we will be providing you with a unique USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. You may enter tracking information in this portal: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

What is Your Refund Policy?

ANI & DAN is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you!


What is Your Return Policy?

We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise . You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!

You may also ask for a ANI & DAN credit that you can use on your next purchase if you don't want us to send you a replacement. 

If the product is good and the customer wants to return, we would charge a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping. Once the return package in received, we would issue the necessary refunds.




Wrong Item Received:

If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.


Damaged Item and Low Quality Print:

Please send us a photograph with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.


Missing Orders:

If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID and the tracking number to help us locate your item.


Double Billing:

If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.


Unauthorized Charge:

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.

Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.


Wrong Shipping Information (Recipient and/or Address)

ANI & DAN can still make the necessary correction/changes to the shipping address you have entered while the campaign is active. Changes will not be entered once a campaign is up. 


Wrong Product Information

ANI & DAN can still make the necessary correction/changes on your order (quantity, size, material, color, design) while the campaign is still active. Changes will not be entered once a campaign is up. We aim to provide you with a “Best in Class” service by responding to all queries within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Voicemails are responded to within one business day.
